  1. By entering this prize draw, you will be giving EE Ltd permission to contact you about EE’s partnership with Wembley. 
  2. You can choose to opt out of receiving information about EE’s partnership with Wembley by calling our customer services on 150 from an EE, Orange or T-Mobile handset (please see EE’s Privacy Policy for further details) or by following the instructions on how to opt out in the communications you receive from us. Please note that it may take up to 28 business days to opt you out of marketing communications from the day we receive your request.
  3. Prize draw entrants must be EE, Orange and T-Mobile customers on a consumer plan, aged 18 or over and resident in the UK. (Excludes customers on business registered accounts including small business and corporate). This promotion is not open to employees or agents of the Promoter’s group of companies; their families or any other person associated with this prize draw.
  4. Entry into this promotion is dependent on your acceptance of these terms and conditions and by entering you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  5. Only one entry per account. To enter, answer the question and complete the entry form on ee.co.uk/wembley. Valid entries will automatically be entered into the prize draw. Valid entries are entries where the correct answer to the question is provided and all fields of the entry form are completed.
  6. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted from 19th May 2017 until 24th May 2017 (the Promotional Period).
  7. No payment or purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
  8. Entries not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, delayed, damaged, incomplete, incomprehensible, illegible, altered or submitted outside of the Promotional Period will not be deemed valid entries. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed, damaged, corrupted or mis-transmitted due to electronic errors, malfunctions or any other kind of technical error. 
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant's identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
  10. Ten winners will be drawn at random, from all valid entries on or before 24th May 2017 with the draw being overseen by an independent observer selected by the Promoter. The results of the prize draws are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. There are Ten prizes in total to be won:
    • Ten winners will receive a pair of tickets to the Exeter vs. Blackpool EFL Sky Bet League Two Play Off Final match only.
  12. The Exeter vs Blackpool match will take place at Wembley Stadium, Wembley, London, HA9 0WS on 28th May 2017. The prize does not include travel, transport, hospitality, access to VIP areas, overnight accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of visiting. Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
  13. Until the draw takes place and tickets are allocated, the Promoter will be unable to confirm which ‘side’ of the stadium winners and their guests will be sitting in. If winners and their guests are allocated tickets within a particular team’s ‘side’, they must not wear opposing team shirts or colours. Stadium security reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone wearing opposition shirts or colours. The Promoter will provide further details at the time of notifying winners.
  14. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if any of the winners are unable to use the prize. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange any part of the prize will result in the prize being withdrawn by the Promoter and the prize will be declared null and void.
  15. The Promoter will notify the winners using the mobile number provided on the entry form used to enter the prize draw. Winners will be asked to verify their  contact details. Tickets will be available for collection on the match day prior to kick-off – further details to be provided to winners upon acceptance of the prize. Please note, to collect tickets, winners will need to bring valid photo ID (e.g. drivers licence or passport).
  16. Following notification of their win, winners will have 48 hours to accept their prize.  After this time, an alternative winner will be randomly selected. 
  17. If the Promoter cannot contact a winner after 3 attempts, an alternative winner will be randomly selected. The Promoter will not leave a message when it attempts to contact potential winners. 
  18. Entrants’ personal details will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found here.
  19. Details of winners (name and county) will be available after 30th May 2017 by sending an email to eewembley@cakegroup.com
  20. The Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or withdraw this prize draw on reasonable notice. Please remember that the Promoter can, at its discretion, withdraw the prize or ask the winner and/or their guest to leave the stadium if the winners and/or their guests fail to meet the admission requirements and rules and regulations for Wembley Stadium (which can be found here http://www.wembleystadium.com/TheStadium/StadiumGuide/RulesnRegulations) or if the winners and/or their guests exhibit inappropriate or dangerous behaviour. This includes behaviour such as being under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, being rude, abusive, or causing a nuisance. The prize can also be withdrawn if, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, it is deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside of the Promoter's control.
  21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the winners or their guests in entering this prize draw or accepting the prize, except in the case of death or personal injury caused by the acts or omissions of us or our employees.
  22. If the match is cancelled for reasons outside of the Promoter’s control or for reasons related to health and safety, there will be no rescheduling of the event and tickets will become void and will not be exchanged for any other prize.
  23. Winners and their guests agree to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw.
  24. The Football League, accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this promotion, not being able to enter into this promotion or accepting any prize. The Football Association Limited, Wembley National Stadium Limited and all members of the FA Group further disclaim liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or IT systems relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in connection with this promotion. Nothing shall exclude the liability of The Football Association Limited, Wembley National Stadium Limited or all members of the FA Group for fraud or for death or personal injury as a result of acts or omissions of  them or their employees.
  25. This promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  26. The Promoter is EE Limited, 1 Trident Place, Mosquito Way, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9BW.
  27. Once the winners are selected they must provide full names, addresses, email addresses and travelling arrangements (car/train) of themselves and their guest to the Promoter. This information will be passed to security at Wembley Stadium. Winners’ names may be used in publicity and, their details, to fulfil laws around competitions of this nature. All competition winners names and details will be shared with both Finalist Clubs and the EFL to ensure they are not subject to any football banning order.
  28. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst enjoying the Prize. The Promoter and stadium operator reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or guest from participation in the Prize if a Winner and/or their guest fail to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or a Winner and/or guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others or is subject to a banning order or Club ban.
